This handmade viscose rug was badly stained throughout and the pile of the rug was badly distorted. Viscose is a very difficult fiber to clean and restore, but once it came to our facility, our chemical engineer worked on it. He was able to remove the stains and restore the pile as well as eliminating the furniture marks.
